== Overview ==

The SPNKR-x17 Surface-Surface Missile Launcher is the one of the last weapons obtained by the [[Player Character]], and most powerful weapon used by the player character in the first [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marathon_(video_game) Marathon game]. 

== Design Details == 

This shoulder mounted rocket launcher holds two Surface-to-Surface High Explosive rockets in each tube. It fires its payload at at a velocity of 110 m/s, with an effective range of 2500 meters.

== Notes == 

* The SPNKR name would go on to be used for Halo's own rocket launcher, though its design would be based on the Marathon 2 and Infinity variant instead of the design used in the first Marathon game.
