The MA-75 was developed by Durandal and his S'pht allies for use in the Battle of L'howon. Manufactured aboard Boomer, this weapon was known for its incredibly high rate of fire and grenade launcher.[1]
Design details
For the retaking of the S'pht Homeworld, Durandal provided his human proxies with improved weaponry. Unlike its predecessor, which was "a ridiculous toy designed to impress aging pompous generals".[2] It sported a longer barrel and more manageable recoil, while still retaining its higher rate of fire and grenade launcher.
Gameplay
Despite the enhancements Durandal made, the weapon functions the same as it did in the previous entry in gameplay: a high rate of fire, CQC weapon meant to be used against flesh targets. BOBs, Pfhor Fighters, Drones or F'lickta are all easy fodder for the primary fire, and the grenade launcher excels in blowing apart tight formations.
Just like its predecessor, this weapon can be used to fly in lower gravity and grenade jump.
