In a memo by Bethany R Montenegro-Sankara to the "brave souls" of the UESC Equanimity, she described the how the members of Project Marathon potentially had to move on to candidate from a list of alternate "Colonization Targets" that would have been assembled during their time on Tau Ceti IV, however, "neither Arthur nor colony leadership" ever supplied them with such a list.[1]
