Arthur, designated Ar_1814419v4.93,[1] was one of the eight colony AIs of Project Marathon.[2]
History
In a memo by Bethany R Montenegro-Sankara to the "brave souls" of the UESC Equanimity, she described the how the members of Project Marathon potentially had to move on to candidate from a list of alternate "Colonization Targets" that would have been assembled during their time on Tau Ceti IV, however, "neither Arthur nor colony leadership" ever supplied them with such a list.[1]
Personality
Ar_1814419v4.93 was described by Bernhard Strauss as a "benevolent autocrat; no-nonsense; problem solver" and referred to it as a "classic patriarchal authority figure."[2]
